This blog post was really clearly written and had a great way of showing your point in a short and interesting way. I am surprised that something like that could be overlooked in such a large and prominent business. I think it was good that they keep track of and watch their social media to be able to address the customer directly but their response seemed to be rushed. They seemed like they responded to the post without having a plan. Their response also didn’t seem like it was definitely going to be changed, rather it seemed like they were going to “try.” This may affect their business if they don’t change it soon.
