You will have to come back tomorrow…

I have worked in customer service for years and it has been drilled into my brain that we must do what is best for the patient, what is right for the customer etc. I don’t understand why some employees think that it is okay to treat their customers poorly. The things I have seen while serving on the other side as a customer has made me realize that I HAVE to treat all customers, patients and co-workers in the best way that I can with respect. I wonder if it eventually catches up to them, if what goes around actually comes back around. Do complaints get taken into heavy consideration or only when the supervisor of the employee wants to get rid of someone? It would just be appreciated if employees would not frighten their customers when they come to their workplace 15 minutes before closing and talk bad about them to other employees. I don’t care what time it is, until a store is closed all customers need to be treated fairly!
